Alpha Gal Alert/Warning—Our meats cook on a rotisserie smoker, where rendered fat from all meats drips on each other, basting throughout the cooking process. Chicken and other products from the smoker have likely contacted red meats dripping. If you have Alpha Gal Syndrome or other issues, this may create a problem for you. Eat at your own risk.
