Hogback Mtn BBQ Beginners BBQ Class - We're excited to announce we'll be teaching another beginners barbecue class this winter. We decided to open it up early as this will make an awesome Christmas gift for someone who would like to learn the art of barbecue. This year's class will have two options for purchase and you can view the info below.   • Detailed instructions on how to cook chicken, ribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket

  • Intro to barbecue sauces and glazes

  • How to clean a barbecue smoker

  • Includes a BBQ feast at the end of class

Option #2  4-Hour Class

I Already Use A Smoker, I Just Want To Learn/Improve Cooking Meats
