NOTICE - the format and pricing of our Bulk Order will change effective March 24th. If you are interested in a bulk order, you must book the drop off with a signed catering agreement and deposit prior to March 25th, or you will be subject to the new format and increased pricing.

Meats and Buns for Sandwiches (Minimum order is 100 sandwiches. Meats will come in large foil pans and not assembled sandwiches (you can order a mix of brisket and pork with a minimum of 65 of each sandwich if you order both)

Ordering Guide

One pan has 50 4oz servings.

There will be charged a 4% fee for any payment made by credit card. ACH (electronic check) payments will not incur any costs.
