Additional Service

Cake Cutting is complimentary. Just let us know in advance so we can be prepared.
Food/Beverage Banquet Table/Linen Package $99
If you don't have tables for our food and beverage stations, this package supplies all tables with black fitted linens for all food and beverages we are providing. Additional table/linen combos may be available if you need them for a DJ, cake, gift table, etc, for an extra fee per table/linen combo.

Upgrades

Package includes heavy-duty paper plates and plastic cutlery, Upgrade your wedding catering package to include disposable china for $2.25 per person for the dinner service and $1.00 per person for each additional service i.e. appetizers, dessert, etc.

Package Details

Includes: Staff coordinator, staff to set up and maintain all food stations and bus tables once buffet service slows. Hors d Oeurves served for one hour following the receptions followed by 1.5 hours of buffet service. A beverage station will be open for the entire event. Clean up of our services at the end of the event with trash placed in venue dumpsters. Removal of trash from the venue if required additional charges will apply. There will be additional staff labor fees for the use of real china.
There is a reservation fee of $500 and a signed catering agreement due in order to book a date for an event. 50% of the balance is due 60 days prior and final guest counts are due 14 days before the event with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Service for up to 5 hours from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the event. For events over 5 hours, an overtime charge per hour will be charged based on each event. Certain venues or locations may require additional labor and fees in addition to the standard pricing.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Only a signed catering agreement and deposit lock the rates.

A 10% Service Fee (administrative, not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice based on the total food & beverage amount (excluding rentals, labor, and tax)

Effective April 1st, 2023 - All new bookings on or after this date will be charged a 4% fee for any payment made by credit card. ACH (electronic check) payments will not incur any fees.
