Catering for over 15 years. Cooking barbecue for over 27 years.
It’s important to us to make sure we do everything to make your experience a great one. Many in the barbecue industry will cook days in advance of a catering event, then reheat it for the event. We’ve never understood this and take pride in saying when we serve you our barbecue, it was raw the last time it was cold. This means that whether you book us to cater for 20 or 1000 people, we cooked the food fresh for you.
“Barbecue may not be the road to world peace, but it’s a start”
