Food/Beverage Banquet Table/Linen Package
If you don't have tables for our food and beverage stations, this package supplies all tables with black fitted linens for all food and beverages we are providing. Additional table/linen combos may be available if you need them for a DJ, cake, gift table, etc, for an extra fee per table/linen combo.

A 10% Service Fee (administrative, not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice based on the total food & beverage amount
Other details: A 10% service fee will be added to all invoices. There is a reservation fee of $500 plus and a signed catering agreement to book a date for an event. 50% of the balance is due 60 days prior and final guest counts are due 14 days before the event then you will be invoiced for the balance which is due 7 days prior to the event. Service for up to 5 hours from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the event. For events over 5 hours, an overtime charge per hour will be charged based on each event. Certain venues or locations may require additional labor and fees in addition to the standard pricing.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Only a signed catering agreement and deposit lock the rates.
Effective April 1st, 2023 - All new bookings on or after this date will be charged a 4% fee for any payment made by credit card. ACH (electronic check) payments will not incur any fees.
